David Schwartz was the listing agent when we purchased our first residence a couple of years ago. We were so impressed that I called him when the time came to sell. David made sure the property was listed in the best manner to maximize exposure to potential buyers. He knows how and when to list a property to take advantage of viewers on the internet. David also helped us find a stager to put on the best presentation possible and then had a professional photographer document it. We succeeded in obtaining multiple offers in the first week. Moreover, David helped in the timing of selling our residence while buying another, and he deftly managed a difficult negotiating process on the purchase of the new home. David is the main reason we were able to finalize the deal, as he guided us through the negotiations and assisted with everything from obtaining accurate information and facilitating appointments with appraisers, inspectors and mortgage people. I can honestly say that if it were not for David’s expertise and patience we would have given up on the purchase and moved on to something else.

During our search for the perfect home for us in Rancho Palos Verdes, we found David at an open house we visited. Great decision on our part as David was very good listener on what was important to us in a home and what we are willing to spend.
